If for any reason you’re not happy with your token, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To qualify:

The token must be returned in good condition (not damaged or altered).

The refund covers the product price only.

Shipping or return shipping costs are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the customer.

2. How to Request a Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned token, we’ll process your refund.

3. Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after we accept the return.

The amount will be refunded to the original payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the credit.

4. Conditions & Exclusions

Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.

The refund policy does not cover shipping, handling, or customs/duties.

If the item is received damaged or tampered with, you may be denied a refund.

5. No-Questions-Asked Return

We believe in our product. If within 30 days you’re not fully satisfied for any reason whatsoever, simply return the token (in acceptable condition) and we’ll refund your order price—no questions asked.
